Microsoft VP dismisses Apple's Tiger as "a peripheral to the iPod"?

Recently announced Tiger OS, aka Mac OS X 10.4, has sparkled speculation on new features just introduced.

Spotlight, built-in search engine and Dashboard widgets just to name a few.

In perspective, Microsoft forthcoming (but still far) Longhorn, successor to XP, is still under development, but every now and then some Microsoft guy unveil new details about it.
